Software company had several potential software solutions for a project that had a short timetable for delivery. The various teams within the organization - from product development and software developers, to sales, marketing and business development teams - were disjointed and did not execute on developing prototypes efficiently.
We created a design sprint process, using a cross-functional team to change course and reinvent the way they worked together.
At the end of the sprint, the company not only had a prototype of the software for its client but a new, collaborative workflow for the entire company.
