Information Security company seeking to pivot to become leading edge cybersecurity firm focused on targeting technology consulting services to Fortune 1000 and mid market companies in the federal, commercial, aerospace and defense, and financial industry sectors. Due to changing government regulations, the company had an accelerated go-to-market timeline. In addition, the company needed to attract highly-skilled talent in a competitive environment.
THE APPROACH
We worked with a cross-functional leadership team from product development, sales and marketing to develop a strategic software release launch plan. The plan included raising awareness by creating a community of micro-influencers to share user experiences. We created messaging and positioning for all digital channels and developed skill sprints, trainings and hackathons to generate user interest and exceed initial sales forecasts.
